Therefore, the Texas Board of Nursing decided to put the LVN into disciplinary proceedings and was given the chance of legal counsel, yet failed to hire an experienced and skilled nurse attorney. The LVN had received further sanction as a consequence of her conduct, her LVN license was put into suspension until the LVN complies with the Agreed Order.
