Any type of accusations or criminal cases can be defended, as long as there is a skilled criminal nurse attorney ready to assist you during the hearing before the Board of Nursing. The Texas Board of Nursing has full jurisdiction regarding cases that may affect an RN or LVN’s license from suspension, disciplinary action or revocation.

An example of this happened to an LVN in Fort Bend when she allegedly engaged or attempted to engage in the possession, sale or distribution of controlled substances, for other than legitimate purposes, to wit:

The LVN allegedly attempted to obtain medications and controlled substances, including but not limited to Soma, Klonopin, and Darvocet, by use of forged, falsified, and altered prescriptions.

Because of this, the LVN was summoned by the Texas Board of Nursing to hear her side.

However, with the failure to hire an experienced criminal nurse attorney to help her defend his side, the LVN never had the chance to defend her side of the story.

Because of this incident, the Texas Board of Nursing then subjected the LVN and his license into disciplinary action.

The accusation would have been defended by an experienced and skilled criminal nurse attorney, had the LVN hired one. Hiring a nurse attorney for defense is applicable for any kind of accusation laid against an RN or LVN.
